“Expansion of Medical Benefits: Announcement for Districts in Odisha”

In accordance with the authority granted under the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948, in conjunction with Regulation 95-A of the Employees’ State Insurance (General) Regulations, 1950, the Director General has designated 01/03/2024 as the effective date for the expansion of medical benefits. As outlined in Regulation 95-A and the Odisha Employees’ State Insurance (Medical Benefit) Rules, 1958, to the dependents of insured individuals across all regions of Nayagarh & Nabrangpur districts in the State of Odisha.
