Orders have been issued on 24.11.2023 according administrative sanction for the “Establishment of New Cattle Feed Plant 300 MTPD capacity at Thittakudi, Cuddalore with the total project cost of Rs.33.00 crore under National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development loan assistance. This press release was released on the date of 24.11.2023.
The objective of the project is to provide optimum quality cattle feed to milk producers of Cuddalore , Villupuram, Kallakurichi, Trichy, Salem, Kancheepuram -Tiruvallur, Vellore, Tiruvannamalai District Co-operative Milk Producers Unions and other unions to ensure uninterrupted supply of balanced cattle feed to the affiliated unions and to increase the milk production by providing quality cattle feed. The project also proposes to utilize the energy efficient, green technology to reduce the Carbon Foot Print.
