ESIC has issued a public notice that it will waive-off recovery of excess payment of pay and allowances in Pharmacists Cadre. This notice was issued on 15th March, 2023.
ESIC will no longer be recovering excess payment of pay and allowances due to wrongful grant of the benefit of financial upgradation under MACP in Pharmacists Cadre.
Hence no further recovery will be effected from the salary/pension of the members of “ESIC Pharmacist Association, Delhi”, with immediate effect till the next date of hearing in the case of W.P.(C) 1831/2023 & CM APPL. 6995/2023, CM Appl. 6996/2023 and CM APPL. 6997/2023 of ESIC Pharmacist Association Delhi vs Union of India and Ors.
