To ensure timely processing and accurate assessment of such cases, field offices are requested to diligently follow and adhere to the issued ESIC Referal Policy & Operational Manual 2023 for Super Specialty and Specialty Services and circulars issued from Headquarters Office time to time.

Further, field locations are requested to ensure to check the following documentation while forwarding the case file through e-office to Hqrs. Office:

2. Verification Report
3. E-pehchan Card
4. Valid Prescriptions & Specialist Opinions
5. Rate Quotations
6. Detailed Case History
7. Referral letter
