Employees’ State lnsurance Corporation vide circular dated 10/01/2024 has clarified that, in order to facilitate ease of seeding and face authentication of Aadhaar Numbers of lnsured Persons(IP) & their family members ICT division has developed “AAA” mobile app, wherein lP can seed the Aadhaar Number of self and their family members either through OTP or face authentication. Face authentication will reduce the dependency on OTP based and biometric based Aadhaar authentication.
Further, proof of concept biometric authentication device is developed for biometric authentication and seeding of Aadhar details of IPs and their family members.
