ESIC vide circular dated 09 February, 2023 has issued clarification regarding uploading of defaulting employers data on the ESIC website. It is stated that during the meeting of the ESIC, the member desired about the information regarding the defaulting employers. All the field offices were advised to upload the data of defaulting employers against whom C-19 has been issued at ESIC website and compliance report may be sent to Revenue Branch for placing the status report before the Corporation.
