The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) informed that Deans/MS’s of ESIC hospitals, Medical Colleges and Dental Colleges are permitted to accept Covid-19 related donation supplies. These may be supplies of equipment/drugs & dressings/consumables etc. The donation can be accepted from Central
Government, State Government, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, and NGOs.
The circular further states that written records should be maintained and the complete stock shall be entered online by preparing a Goods Receipt Note in the Material Management Module of ERP with notional cost as zero. The stock should be further verified online for maintaining digital records. The acceptance of donations is permitted from
13.05.2021 to 12.07.2021.
