Eligibility hinges on possessing a Unique Disability ID (UDID) with a disability of 40% or more, along with valid identity cards and registration with the Board. Applications are processed online, requiring the submission of documents like the UDID, purchase bills, and photos demonstrating equipment use. The initiative emphasizes accountability through periodic beneficiary verifications and penalties for fraudulent claims.
