The Employees State Insurance Corporation (“Corporation”) has in a Draft Notification published on September 5, 2018, proposed amendments to the Employees’ State Insurance (General) Regulation, 1950.
As per the proposal, employers will be required to link the Aadhar Number (s) of the insured persons and their family members on the ESIC online portal to facilitate insured person and their family members for drawl of benefits including Medical Benefit.
The stakeholders may submit their comments, objections and suggestions in hardcopies within 5th October, 2018 to Shri S. K. Garg, Insurance Commissioner-(P & D), Employees’ State Insurance Corporation, Panchdeep Bhawan, C.I.G. Marg, New Delhi-110002 or by way of e-mail to dir-pndhq@esic.in.
