The Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) has published the List of Drugs, Medical Devices and Cosmetics declared as Not of Standard Quality/ Spurious/ Adulterated/ Misbranded for October 2023. This list was published on 20th November, 2023.
This list includes a total of 61 drugs, medical devices and cosmetics that are identified as being deficient. All 61 samples of these samples were declared as not of standard quality.
The CDSCO had tested a total of 1105 drugs, medical devices and cosmetics. None of these products were detected to be spurious or misbranded.
