The Govt. of Rajasthan has published the draft Rajasthan Industrial Relations Rules, 2022.
These draft rules will be taken into consideration after the expiry of a period of forty five days from the date on which the copies of the Official Gazette in which this draft of rules is published are made available to the public.

The draft rules contemplate a Written Agreement for the settlement before the Conciliation Officer. This Agreement between the employer and worker shall be in the Form-I and shall be signed by the parties to the agreement. A copy of this agreement shall be sent to the concerned Conciliation Officer.
The draft rules also cover bi-partite forums such as constitution of works committee and grievance redressal committee. They also include procedure for registration of trade unions, their Annual Return, Particulars and Forms, Audits, etc.
The draft rules also prescribe provisions relating to standing orders, and voluntary reference of disputes to arbitration, dispute resolutions, strikes, lock-outs, lay-offs and retrenchments.
