DoT has invited comments/suggestions from public and stakeholders on DPIIT’s Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order, 2017 regarding local capacity and local competition of any telecom product supported with verifiable data such as major domestic companies manufacturing the product alongwith value of local content and capacity of production, Total Domestic sales, Total export/import, Sales to public entities etc. Comments on inputs to be qualified as local content must be supported with verifiable data / research reports.
The comments / suggestion if any may be furnished within 15 days of issue date of this notice. The comments are to be sent to email-id dirip.hg-dot@nic.in and amitupadhayay.edu@nic.in.
