The Director General of Foreign Trade vide notification dated 4th August 2022 has revised the import policy condition for Cyclanes, cyclenes, cyclohexanes and cycloterpenes to free without any conditions. Previously the import of Cyclanes, cyclenes, cyclohexanes and cycloterpenes was be subject to IS 3470. The requirement for BIS certification for import of ‘Hexane, food grade’ is hereby removed.
