The Director-General of Foreign Trade vide its notification dated 22nd June 2020 has prohibited the export of the on personal protection equipments (PPE) such as medical coveralls of all classes and goggles.
PPEs either as part of kits or individual items as medical coveralls of classes, medical goggles, masks other than non-surgical/non-medical ones, nitrile/NBR gloves, and face shields are prohibited for export, as these products are in huge demand on account of COVID-19 pandemic.
