The Directorate General of Foreign Trade on 12th July 2021 has revised para 2.96 from the Handbook of procedures 2015-2020 which deals with intimation regarding a change in the constitution of business of RCMC(Registration cum Membership Certificate) holders. The requirement to file quarterly returns by exporters and status holders regarding details of export of different commodities is hereby removed.
Further revised format of Form ANF-2C is published. These measures are introduced as a step towards reducing regulatory compliance burden.
