The Directorate General of Foreign Trade vide its notification dated 13th July 2021 has extended the time limit for filing claims under the Transport Marketing Assistance (TMA) scheme for specified agricultural products.
DGFT brings in amendment to para 7A.01(d) of the Handbook of Procedures (2015-20) in which the Application for refund of claims under the Transport and Marketing Assistance (TMA) Scheme for specified agricultural products for the quarter ending 31st March, 2020 and 30th June, 2020 may be filed upto 30th September, 2021.
