The Directorate General of Foreign Trade through Public Notice dated 27th July, 2021 has amended the Merchandise Exports from India Scheme. As per the amendment, two ITC HS codes 30036000 and 30046000 have been included in the Merchandise Exports from India Scheme Schedule for products containing antimalarial active principles. The products are eligible for Merchandise Exports from India Scheme benefits for exports made in the period 01.01.2017 to 31.12.2020 at the Merchandise Exports from India Scheme rate of 3%.
