Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals extends the commencement of quality control orders

Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals vide order dated 26th September, 2023 has extended the commencement of the following quality control orders:

1. Maleic Anhydride (Quality Control) Order, 2022 shall come into force on the 24th day of April, 2024.
2. Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymers (Quality Control) Order 2022 shall come into force on the 3rd day of April, 2024.
3. Polyethylene Material for Moulding and Extrusion (Quality Control) Order, 2022 shall come into force on the 05th day of January, 2024.
