The Government of Delhi, Labour Department on 5th August 2022, has notified an online portal for receiving the application under Sections 14, 15 & 16 of the Delhi Shops and Establishment Act is available on URL https:/dlabourwelfareboard.delhi.gov.in/shopexemption/ w.e.f 8th August 2022.
The exemption under section 14 for allowing Young person and women to work between 09 PM to 07 AM during the summer and between 08 PM to 08 AM in the winter. The Exemption under section 15 for allowing changing the working hours and the exemption under section 16 for allowing opening of shops/establishment on weekly off day or on 03 National holidays of India.
Therefore, all the concerned stakeholders are directed to utilize the above-mentioned services available on the website https://dlabourwelfareboard.delhi.gov.in/shopexemption, w.e.f 08/08/2022 and henceforth no physical application shall be received in this office.
