Delegation of BFSI Consortium met Chief Minister of Telangana

The Delegation of Banking Financial Services Insurance (BFSI) Consortium, met Chief Minister of Telangana in Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Telangana State Secretariat today. CM said, that skilling is a critical area of focus for their government and he is confident this domain-focused holistic skilling will make an impact and requested the BFSI to help create 5,000 Engineering and 5,000 Business graduates for the next financial year. This Notification was published on 31.01.2024.

The delegation of the Banking Financial Services Insurance (BFSI) Consortium initiative aims to bridge the gap in Technical and Business & Commerce-related education in Telangana by incorporating functional and domain training, specific technology training, and backed by behavioral programs. This comprehensive approach is designed to address industry requirements and create a pool of ready talent for the Global BFSI Industry. A representative of the visiting BFSI leaders expressed excitement about the Chief Minister’s support. He emphasized the Consortium’s commitment to making a significant impact and mentioned plans to finalize the required Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) to initiate training for the selected students.
