The Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) has informed stakeholders that the upcoming meeting with the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI) scheduled for March 28, 2024, has been cancelled. A public notice dated March 26, 2024 was issued to this effect.
This cancellation is due to unforeseen work commitments for the DCGI. The DCGI holds walk-in meetings to address stakeholder concerns and suggestions. Generally, these meetings take place every Tuesday and Thursday at CDSCO headquarters in Delhi.
The notice emphasizes that this cancellation only affects the March 28th meeting. The CDSCO encourages stakeholders to contact the CDSCO’s Public Relations Cell (PRO Cell) to reschedule their meetings for a more suitable date. This applies particularly to those stakeholders located outside of Delhi.
