CPCB extends the timeline for filing annual return and annual report by stakeholders under e-waste management rules

The Central Pollution Control Board on 14^th July 2020 has extended the timeline for submission of annual return in Form 3 by stake holders from 30^th June 2020 to 31st August 2020 and submission of annual report with regard to implementation of the rules by SPCBs/PCCs to central pollution control board has been extended from 30^th September 2020 to 30^th November 2020. Further, the submission of consolidated annual review report on the management of e-waste by CPCB to the ministry of environment is extended from 30^th December 2020 to 28^th February 2021.
