The Governor of Bihar through notification dated 1st July 2021 has provided relaxations under the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, whereby any time limit for any compliance by any person, if not been made within prescribed time is extended up to the 31st day of May, 2021. The relaxation applies to filing of any appeal, reply or application or furnishing of any report, document, return, statement or such other record, by whatever name called, under the provisions of the said Act.
