IFSCA has issued consultation paper for Listing of Commercial Paper (CP) and Certificates of Deposit (CD) on the recognized stock exchanges in the IFSC. The objective of this consultation paper is to seek comments and suggestions from the public and stakeholders on the proposed circular on listing of commercial paper (CP) and certificates of deposit (CD) on the recognised stock exchanges in the IFSC.
The objective of the proposed circular is to specify regulatory requirements for facilitating issuers to issue CPs and CDs in a more efficient and transparent manner ensuring that adequate material information is made available to the investors for making informed decision.
