The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide notification dated 29th August, 2022 has issued the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Amendment Rules, 2022. The amendment has issued revised forms to file Return of deposits under the Companies (Acceptance of Deposits) Rules, 2014.
