Ministry of Road Transport & Highways vide circular dated 19th December, 2022 has issued clarification regarding Standard EPC Agreement for National Highways and Centrally Sponsored Road works proposed to be implemented on Engineering procurement and Construction (EPC)mode of Contract.
To improve the cash flow situation of the contractors, it is proposed to introduce sub stages in Schedule H of EPC Projects for making payment against casting of precast items such as Bridge Girders and RE Wall Facia Panels/Blocks
