The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) vide notification dated December 27, 2022, has amended Appendix 2T (List of Export Promotion Councils/Commodity Boards/Export Development Authorities) of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020. The following products shall fall within the jurisdiction of Export promotion councils:
(i) All products and services by EOU except spices. In the case of its spices, it would be mandatory for units to get themselves registered with Spices Board.
(ii) All products and services by SEZs.
