- Year-to-Year Consent:
- Industries with a financial bracket of ₹5000 crores and above will be granted consent on a year-to-year basis until the matter regarding their consent fee is resolved at the CPCB/PPCB level.
- Long-Term Consent:
- If these industries prefer long-term consent, they must provide an undertaking to deposit the consent fee based on revised rates effective from the date of the notification by the CPCB/PPCB.
- Additionally, these industries are required to pay any arrears in consent fees accordingly.
