The Central Government vide notification dated 21st April, 2022 hereby notifies the establishment of the National Assisted Reproductive Technology and Surrogacy Registry under Department of Health Research for the purposes of the Assisted Reproductive Technology (Regulation) Act, 2021 and the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021.
