The Central Government, in accordance with the Official Languages (Use for official purposes of the Union) Rules, 1976, has officially designated the Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology (CIPET) Centre for Skilling and Technical Support (CSTS) in Ranchi, Jharkhand, as a Hindi-proficient center.
The Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, under the Central Government, has taken this step after confirming that more than 80% of the staff at CIPET CSTS, Ranchi, have acquired working knowledge in Hindi.
This decision aligns with the government’s commitment to promoting the use of Hindi as an official language for communication within various government departments and organizations. By designating CIPET CSTS, Ranchi, as a Hindi-proficient center, it facilitates easier and more effective communication between the government and the institution.
