The Central Drug Standard Control Organization through notice dated 13.04.2021 has provided the provision for submitting self attested documents for Import registration of cosmetics in view of second wave of Covid-19 in the country. The applicants are allowed to submit the self attested documents along with an undertaking that they will submit the notarized/apostilled documents with legal signatures after obtaining the same from the concerned authority. The notarized/apostilled documents with legal signatures shall be submitted within four months or after the Covid situation is normalized, whichever is earlier.
