The amendment directs that the compatibility of vehicle to level of ethanol blend of E12 or E15 or E20 or E85 or E100 shall be defined by the vehicle manufacturer and the same shall be displayed on vehicle by putting a clearly visible sticker.

The Board shall from time to time specify the performance standards to be followed by the agents for carrying out stevedoring and shore handling activities in the port and the Board may, for the purpose of encouraging compliance with the performance standards specified by it, fix incentives for the agents and specify penalty for non-performance and may publish monthly summary of performance achieved by the agents on its website.
The Central Motor Vehicles (Twenty fourth Amendment) Rules, 2021.
As an incentive for scrapping, concession is stipulated in the motor vehicle tax for a vehicle registered against submission of “Certificate of Deposit”, which is issued by a Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facility.
The Central Motor Vehicles (Twenty Third Amendment) Rules, 2021
The amendment provides revised fees for Issue of certificates of registration and assignment of new registration mark or renewal of certificate of registration, Conducting test of a vehicle for grant and renewal of certificate of fitness for motor vehicles older than 15 years or for Grant or renewal of certificate of fitness for motor vehicles (transport) older than 15 years.
MoRTH extends the validity of documents related to Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989 till 31st Oct, 2021.
The documents includes validity of Fitness, Permit (all types), License, Registration or any other concerned document(s) might be treated to be valid till 31st October 2021.
