The Central Motor Vehicles (Draft Amendment) Rules, 2022.
The in-use vehicles fitted with CNG kits shall meet the type approval emission norms on CNG operation, as specified in these rules for gasoline vehicles as applicable to the corresponding year of manufacturer of such vehicles, subject to a minimum norms as under:- for the vehicles manufactured on and after the 1st day of April 2016, the type approval norms as applicable, subject to minimum of Bharat Stage-IV emission norms for two and three wheeler.”
Government of Goa has fixed the tariff for charging the electric vehicle.
Goa Energy Development Agency (GEDA) will advertise list of concessional Electric Vehicle Charging locations against which applications will be received by the GEDA and license shall be granted to the applicant after following due process. In case of multiple applications for any particular location, GEDA will award the concessional location to the applicant offering maximum fixed monthly contribution to Goa Decarbonization Fund for the period of allotment.

The Central Motor Vehicles (Draft Amendment) Rules, 2022 been issued which mandates that vehicles of category M1, manufactured after 1st October 2022, shall be fitted with two side/side torso air bags, one each for the persons occupying front row outboard seating positions, and two side curtain/tube air bags, one each for the persons occupying outboard seating positions
Owners of Electric Vehicles can now charge them at their residence/offices using their existing electricity connections.
Any individual/entity is free to set up public charging stations without the requirement of a license provided that, such stations meet the technical, safety as well as performance standards and protocols laid down under the guidelines as well as norms/ standards/ specifications laid down by Ministry of Power, Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) and Central Electricity Authority (CEA) from time to time.

Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment (Ninth Amendment) Regulations, 2021
The authorized sea carrier shall continue to deliver the cargo declaration in Form III of the Import Manifest (Vessels) Regulations, 1971 and Form I of the Export Manifest (Vessels) Regulations, 1976, in the manner as was applicable before the commencement of these regulations, till 30th June 2022.
Goa Electric Mobility Promotion Policy 2021.
This Policy shall be applicable to all classes of Electric Vehicles including 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, 4-wheelers including passenger cars and commercial light/heavy vehicles that are registered and operated in Goa and it shall be applicable to Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV), Strong Hybrid Vehicles and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV), as per FAME-II notifications and provisions.
