The Aircraft (Carriage of Dangerous Goods) (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
The Amendment is brought under rule 9A which deals with mis-declared or undeclared dangerous goods in which sub rule (2)(ii) has been substituted
MoRTH appoints 15th February 2022 as the date on which section 44 of Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 2019 shall come into force.

The Central Motor Vehicles (Draft Amendment) Rules, 2022.
The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways on 11th January 2022, has published the Central Motor Vehicles (Draft Amendment) Rules, 2022 through which it has mandated, seat belts for all M1 category vehicles, i.e., vehicles capable of carrying eight passengers.
DGFT issues revised import policy for drones in sync with Finance Act, 2021
The revised import policy provides that import of drones in Completely-Built-Up
(CBU), Semi-knocked-down (SKD) or Completely-Knocked-down (CKD) form is Prohibited, subject to exceptions. Import of drone components shall be ‘Free’.
Draft notification to direct delivery service providers in Delhi to adopt electric vehicles
Within 31st March, 2023, 50% of Two wheelers and 25% of Four wheelers in delivery service shall be electric vehicles. Any violation of the above directions shall be punishable under Section 15 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 which includes
imprisonment upto five years and / or with fine which may extend to Rs. One Lakh or with both.
Government of Kerala modifies the travel guidelines for international passengers.
Random testing of two per cent of international travellers by flight irrespective of the country of departure to be done free of cost (state government to bear the cost) and the selection of the passengers is to be done by the airline officers.
The Central Motor Vehicles (Draft Amendment) Rules, 2022.
The renewal of certificate of fitness in respect of transport vehicles shall be 2 years (for vehicles which are up to eight years old) and one year (for vehicles older than eight years).

One Time Tax at the rate of 6% of the Ex-Showroom Price shall be imposed on registration of Construction Equipment Vehicle.
Delhi Government notifies the Draft Motor Vehicle Aggregators Scheme, 2021.
This scheme shall be applicable to Aggregators with at least 50 motor vehicles in their fleet and shall be applicable to Aggregators which have on-boarded 2-W, 3-W and 4-W vehicles, and shall not apply for buses.
Central Motor Vehicles (First Amendment) Rules, 2022
These Provisions on fire protection in occupant compartment of AIS-135 shall be applicable to school buses, as specified in AIS-063, which are manufactured on and after twelve months from the date of commencement of the Central Motor Vehicles (First Amendment) Rules, 2022.
