The Central Motor Vehicles (Nineteenth Amendment) Rules, 2022.

Every manufacturer or importer of M3 and N2 vehicle category, except Tippers and armoured vehicles, which are type approved under rule 126, with gross vehicle weight of twelve tonnes (12,000 kilograms) and above, manufactured or imported for sale in India, shall on and from the 1st day of April, 2023, shall be tested for Constant Speed Fuel Consumption standard and comply with the Fuel consumption target, notified under the Energy Conservation Act, 2001.

All India Tourist Vehicles (Permit) Rules, 2022.

An application for grant of permit or renewal of permit for a tourist vehicle shall be made to the Transport Authority in Form 1 and the Transport Authority shall issue the permit, within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of application.

The Aircraft (Security) Draft Rules, 2022

As per this rule, No aerodrome operator or aircraft operator shall commence operation at aerodrome without obtaining clearance of security vetting and security arrangements, as applicable, and the approval of security programme from the Director General.

The Central Motor Vehicles (Seventeenth Amendment) Rules, 2022.

The amendment is brought under rule 175 which deals with Registration Procedure for Automated Testing Station in which under sub-rule 3A, the Central Government shall set up an electronic portal for Single Window Clearance on which the applicant will apply and upload documents and required fee for registration.
