Government of Bihar notifies the stock limits for edible oils.
On October 10, 2021 the Department of Food and Public Distribution imposed stock limits on edible oils and oilseeds up to March 31, 2022. Accordingly, the Removal of Licensing Requirements, Stock Limits and Movement Restrictions on Specified Foodstuffs (Amendment) Order, 2021 was issued.

The Faceless Appeal Scheme, 2021.
As per the scheme no person shall be required to appear either personally or through authorised representative in connection with any proceedings before the income-tax authority at the National Faceless Appeal Centre or appeal unit set up under this Scheme and the commissioner (Appeals) shall allow the request for personal hearing via video conference and communicate the date and time of hearing to he appellant via the National Faceless Appeal Centre.
Centre notifies rules for Consumer Protection (Jurisdiction of the District Commission, the State Commission and the National Commission) Rules, 2021.
The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 stipulates that every complaint shall be disposed of as expeditiously as possible and endeavour shall be made to decide the complaint within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of notice by opposite party where the complaint does not require analysis or testing of commodities and within 5 months if it requires analysis or testing of commodities.
Ministry of Textiles has finalized the operational guidelines for production linked incentive (PLI) scheme for textiles for promoting MMF.
The PLI Scheme is intended to promote production of MMF Apparel & Fabrics and Technical Textiles products in the country to enable textile industry to achieve size and scale; to become globally competitive and a creator of employment opportunities for people. Government of Meghalaya publishes Meghalaya Regulation of Gaming Rules, 2021.
The rules requires gaming entities to obtain a license which shall be issued only to an Indian citizen or a legal entity incorporated in India. An operator is required to set up a office in Meghalaya within 30 days from the date of issue of license.
