The Goa Provision of Water Supply (Draft Amendment) Act, 2022.
Whoever contravenes any provision of this Act or of any rules or orders made thereunder, shall, on conviction by a Judicial Magistrate be sentenced to pay a fine of, rupees ten thousand, if the conviction is relating to the user of piped water for domestic purpose, and rupees fifty thousand, if the conviction is relating to the user of piped water for commercial or industrial purpose.

The Goa Municipalities (Draft Amendment) Act, 2022.
The amendment under section 10 devolves the powers of delimitation and reservation to the State Election Commission in order to conduct the Municipal election in a free, fair and transparent manner and the amendment seeks to omit sections 131, 132, 133, 134, 135, and 136 of Goa Municipalities Act, 1968 which are related to octroi and toll in view of the enactment of the Goa Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017.

The government of India launched the Stand Up India scheme to promote entrepreneurship amongst women, SC and ST categories, i.e., those sections of the population understood to be facing significant hurdles due to lack of advice/ mentorship as well as inadequate and delayed credit. The Scheme facilitates bank loans between Rs. 10 lakh to Rs. 1 crore to at least one scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe borrower and at least one woman borrower per bank branch of Scheduled Commercial Banks for setting up Greenfield enterprises in trading, manufacturing and services sector.
Regulatory Guidelines for Child Participation in the Entertainment Industry or any Commercial Entertainment Activity.
As per the guidelines, the producers shall obtain permission to involve a child in a shooting from a district magistrate where it is to be held and also have to run a disclaimer saying measures were taken to ensure there has been no abuse, neglect or exploitation of children during the entire process of the shooting.
Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has notified a new draft on National Youth Policy.
The policy envisions an education system in sync with National Education Policy, 2020 that imparts career opportunities and life skills to all young people. Government of Andhra Pradesh publishes Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.
Every direct selling entity shall have a minimum of one physical location as its registered office within India and make a self-declaration to the effect that it has complied with the provisions of these and is not involved in any pyramid scheme or money circulation scheme.
