The Central Motor Vehicles Draft Amendment Rules, 2020.
The Amendment brings in a new sub rule 9 under rule 125 which states that every vehicles manufactured on and after 01st Day of April 2021, in the case of new models, and 01st day of June 2021, in the case of existing models, shall be fitted with airbag for the person occupying the front seat, other than the driver.
The Goa Motor Vehicles Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2020.
Through this amendment, under section 11 the Government exempts tax payable on goods and passenger vehicles, by all kinds of commercial/ /transport vehicles registered in the State of Goa, including goods vehicles on pro-rata basis, for a period of six months from 01-04-2020 to 30-09-2020, except vehicles which have paid one time tax at the time of registration.
