Cylinders, Seamless Steel Cylinders for on-Board Storage of Compressed Natural Gas as a Fuel for Automotive Vehicles, etc.

The Scheme of One Nation One Standard has been launched to harmonize the standard formulation work of various organizations

The Director General of Bureau of Indian Standards has stated that the Factory and Market Surveillance are critical to creating Quality Consciousness in the country. He further informed that the Scheme of One Nation One Standard has been launched to harmonize the standard formulation work happening in various organizations. Process of consultation is on with SDOs like RDSO, Indian Road Congress, and Directorate of Standardization under Ministry of Defense.

Draft amendment to Master Plan for Delhi – 2021

Owners of standalone godowns needs to get their plans approved by 31.12.2023. The owners of plots falling in nonconforming areas and existing godowns located on less than 30.0 m ROW will have to shift to the other conforming areas / godown clusters by 31.12.2023. Such godowns functioning in non-conforming areas shall have to close down within the above said time period.

MEITY amends the Second Schedule of the IT Act, 2000

This notification has inserted a new provision on e- authentication technique and procedure for creating and assessing subscriber’s signature key facilitated by trusted third-party. The provision specifies the responsibilities of the trusted third party, for example, facilitation of identity verification of the Digital Signature Certificate applicant, facilitation of key pair-generation, secure storage of subscriber’s signature key, etc. This new provision will now be in addition to the existing provision on e- authentication technique through Aadhaar and other e- KYC services.
