CBIC extends the time period of 15 days to pass order for granting Refund of Unutilised ITC
The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs vide its notification dated 9th June 2020 has extended the timeline for the issue of notice for rejection of refund claim to 15 days after the receipts of reply to the notice from the registered person or the 30 June, 2020, whichever is later.
CBIC extends the validity of the e-way bill till 30th June 2020.

Government of Telangana extends the lockdown provision including paid holidays to employees till 30th June

However, the clause of working hours shall not be applicable to Hospitals, pharmacies, optical stores, diagnostic centres, pharmaceuticals etc.

The Gujarat Pollution Control Board has issued guidelines for offline manifest system for Plastic Waste Management. As per the plastic rules, producer, importer and brand owners are made responsible to work out modalities (EPR) for back collection of post-consumer plastic waste generated due to their product.

IBC (Amendment) Ordinance 2020 Suspends bankruptcy proceedings for further 6 months
The Central Government vide ordinance promulgated on 5th June 2020 has amended the Insolvency & bankruptcy Code, 2016 which has effectively suspended fresh bankruptcy proceedings against persons impacted by COVID-19 for at least six months, up to a maximum of one year. The new rules shall come into effect immediately.
