The Government of Goa has capped fare for Patient Transport Ambulance
The Government of Goa has prescribed capping of the fares for the Patient Transport Ambulance (PTA); Basic Life Support Ambulance (BLS) and Advanced Life Support Ambulance (ALS) and for Hearse Vans, for use of COVID patients and for transportation of COVID dead bodies.
Government of Karnataka issues addendum guidelines for management of COVID-19
The Government of Karnataka via a notification dated 22-05-2021, stated that interferon
alpha 2b is effective in viral clearance in Covid-19 patients. Also, treatment with Pegylated
IFN-alpha can induce early viral clearance and limit the spread in the community for patients
with moderate Covid-19 infection.
