New Drugs and Clinical Trials (Amendment) Rules, 2021

Bioavailability and bioequivalence study centre means a centre created or established to undertake bioavailability study or bioequivalence study of a drug for either clinical part or analytical part or for both clinical and analytical part of such study.

NPPA issues revised retail prices for a set of tablets

The National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority through notification dated 19th August, 2021 has issued revised retail prices for a set of drugs listed in the notification, which are generally tablets manufactured by M/s Synokem Pharmaceuticals Ltd. / M/s Lupin Limited.

The National Commission for Homeopathy (Amendment) Act, 2021

All acts done by the council or Board of Governors constituted under the Homeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 immediately before the commencement of the principal act, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the provisions of this Act and shall continue in force.
