Diploma in Pharmacy Exit Examination Regulations, 2022

No person shall be registered as a Diploma in Pharmacy Exit Examination candidate unless he has passed
Diploma in Pharmacy course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of
the Pharmacy Act, 1948. He shall be required to make an application in a prescribed form together with all relevant documents showing the proof of his passing the approved examination and the examination fee as may be prescribed by the PCI.

Drugs (3rd Amendment) Rules, 2022

As per the amendment, Color Allura Red, with Chemical Name “Disodium 6-hydroxy-5-[(2-methoxy-5-methyl-4-sulfophenyl)azo]-2-Naphthalenesulfonic acid” is recognized as a Coal Tar Colours with Colour Index Number 16035.

Union Cabinet Approves Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission for 5 years.

Under this mission, citizens will be able to create their ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) numbers, to which their digital health records can be linked. This will enable creation of longitudinal health records for individuals across various healthcare providers, and improve clinical decision making by healthcare providers.

National Commission for Homoeopathy (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2022

The order provides that where a scheme to establish a new medical institution or start any post-graduate course or increase number of seats is disapproved or where no order is passed within six months of submitting a scheme the person concerned may prefer an appeal to the Commission. Previously this period was 3 months.
