The khadi products are not only beneficial for health but also eco-friendly, therefore doctors are mandatorily advised to wear white coat made of khadi during their duty hours.
All medical colleges to register and upload their 10 year academic certificate data through DigiLocker facility.
The direction to the pharmacy institutions to upload the certificates is in order to comply with the directions of the National e-Governance Division (NeGD) under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) regarding the National Academic Depository (NAD) under the ministry of education.
PCI opens portal for submission of fee by new pharmacy institutions registered in the PCI portal
The portal shall be open for 48 hours i.e from 21.09.2022 to 23.09.2022 and the last opportunity for submission of fee by new pharmacy institutions who already registered in the PCI portal shall be 22 September 2022 and no further extension shall be provided.
MoHFW notifies Medical Devices (Draft Amendment) Rules, 2022.
Through this amendment, a new chapter IIIB which deals with registration of class A (Non-Sterile and/or Non-measuring) medical devices has been notified which shall be applicable to all non-sterile and/or non-measuring devices classified as Class A medical devices. These medical devices shall be registered through an identified online portal.
NPPA has fixed retail prices of 36 formulations under Drugs (Price Control) Order 2013.
As per para 24(4) of DPCO 2013, every retailer and dealer shall display price list and the supplementary price list, if any, as furnished by the manufacturer, on a conspicuous part of the premises where he carries on business in a manner so as to be easily accessible to any person wishing to consult the same.
NPPA extends the ceiling price fixation on knee implants for one more year.
All manufacturers of knee Implants, selling branded or non-branded or both versions of implants at prices higher than the ceiling price (plus goods and services tax as applicable) so fixed and notified by the Government, shall revise the price of all such implants downward not exceeding the ceiling price specified in its earlier notification.
