Government Tightens Oversight on Organ Transplants for Foreigners

Hospitals performing transplants, whether from living or deceased donors, must register both the donor and recipient on the National Organ and Tissue Transplant Organization (NOTTO) website and obtain unique NOTTO IDs. CDSCO Publishes Drug Alert List for March 2024

The CDSCO has stated that in the month of March 2024 it received 612 samples and tested 931 samples. Among these samples, it observed that 66 samples did not possess standard quality and identified 1 sample as misbranded.
