UGC issues notice on choice based credit system.

UGC has earlier notified around 107 subjects covered under the CBCS. The choice based credit system provides a ‘cafeteria’ type approach in which the students can take courses of their choice, learn at their own pace, undergo additional courses and acquire more than the required credits, and adopt an interdisciplinary approach to learning.

PCI issues clarification on duration of inspection.

The duration of the inspection shall be for 2 days and since most of the institutions are running all 5 pharmcy course simultaneously (D.pharm, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D and B.Pharm) in one institution there shall be in-depth physical verification of the facilities.
