Government of Goa has notified a Scheme to encourage students for Innovative Projects.
An applicant under this scheme shall be eligible for a financial support of up to Rs. 50,000/-. A maximum of 10 projects will be supported through this scheme each financial year. An applicant/student will be eligible for the financial support only once.

The Diploma in Public Health Nursing (DPHN) is a one year training program and its curriculum is conceptualized encompassing foundational short courses and major specialty courses for public health nursing and management. Ministry of education extends the last date for submission of application for National Means cum Merit Scholarship scheme till 15th October 2022.
The National Means cum Merit Scholarship Scheme (NMMSS) is boarded on the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) – a one stop platform for scholarship schemes given to students. NMMSS scholarships are disbursed directly into the bank accounts of selected students by electronic transfer through Public Financial Management System (PFMS) following DBT mode. It is clarified that Standalone P.G institutes imparting Diploma Centralized Entrance Test training and Non-Teaching hospitals shall not offer Compulsory Rotating Medical Internship after commencement of National Medical Commission (Compulsory Rotating Medical Internship) Regulations, 2021.

PCI issues circular for Implementation of DigiLocker-NAD in the Pharmacy Institutions.
The government of India has assigned the National Academic Depository (NAD) implantation via DigiLocker to facilitate students to get authentic educational documents/certificate in digital format directly from their original issuers. The digital copy available in the digilocker will be treated at par with the original physical documents as per rule 9A of the information technology (preservation & retention by intermediary providing Digilocker facilities) rules, 2016.
