It is expected that this draft roadmap will serve as a guiding document for establishing a dynamic research and development ecosystem necessary for the commercialization of green hydrogen.

Minerals (Other than Atomic and Hydro Carbons Energy Mineral) Concession (Amendment) Rules, 2023
The State Government shall arrive at average sale price of the ore containing Rare Earth Elements by computing Sum of (percentage of individual rare earth oxide contained in the ore multiplied by average sale price of that rare earth oxide published by Indian Bureau of Mines).
Draft APERC Transmission Licence Regulation, 2023

One time settlement scheme of Kerala State Electricity Board
Dues of more than 2 years can be settled through the scheme. Arrears pending revenue recovery proceedings or pending court proceedings may also be settled. For low tension customers the service will be available at their respective section office and for high tension customers at the office of the Special Officer Revenue
BIS revises Standards for Petroleum and Other Products
The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) has revised certain standards for Petroleum Products. This notification was published on 11th September, 2023. It has also established two new standards; IS 18387 : 2023 Gypsum Ceiling Tiles — Specification and IS/ISO 22383 : 2020 Security and Resilience — Authenticity, Integrity and Trust for Products and Documents — Guidelines for the Selection and Performance Evaluation of Authentication Solutions for Material Goods.
MoP withdraws Guidelines regarding Discoms drawing Power after Expiry of PPA
Post PPA expiration, both parties are afforded the liberty to decide whether to enter into another agreement for the purchase or sale of power. Alternatively, the generator has the option to sell power through exchanges or enter into bilateral agreements with entities of their choosing. This approach ensures the establishment of a fair and competitive marketplace.
