The Scheme seeks to identify and develop regions capable of supporting large-scale production and utilization of hydrogen as Green Hydrogen Hubs. It also aims to enhance the cost-competitiveness of Green Hydrogen and its derivatives compared to fossil-based alternatives, maximize production within the stipulated financial support, encourage large-scale utilization and exports, and enhance the viability of Green Hydrogen assets across the value chain.

Delhi Government Unveils New Solar Energy Policy

The vision of this policy is to make solar energy accessible and affordable for all consumers in Delhi while promoting innovative models for adoption and creating green jobs within the NCT of Delhi. The scope of the policy extends to any solar energy generating system with a capacity of 1 kilowatt-peak (KWp) or more, applying to all electricity consumers and entities involved in setting up or operating solar power plants in Delhi.
