It is clarified that in such cases where public hearing is not involved, the project proponents will be bound to take up all activities proposed by them in the EMP as well as any additional activities that may either be committed by them before the EACs/SEIAAs/SEACs or the same have been prescribed by the EACs/ SEIAAs/ SEACs.
CDSCO clarification on online submission of SAE reports
CDSCO clarifies that follow up reports of the already submitted SAE reports shall be continued to be submitted in offline mode. User manual and video tutorial for SAE reporting on SUGAM portal is available on CDSCO website.

Every person, desirous of obtaining approval of any nano fertiliser shall make an application in Form-G-4 in duplicate to the Controller along with a report of the State Agriculture University or of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research on multi-locational and multi crop bio-efficacy trial of minimum one season and also a report from any of the NABL accredited laboratories on biosafety, biotoxicity and quality trial as per the guidelines issued by the Department of Bio-Technology.
